Digital Care Hub was excited to sponsor the Innovation in Care award at East Sussex Partners In Care’s highly anticipated awards ceremony. We were proud to attend the event and celebrate the outstanding achievements of those leading the way in social care innovation.
The Innovation in Care award was created to recognise individuals and organisations who are making transformative strides in improving social care through the use of technology and digital systems and seeks to highlight those who are shaping the future of adult social care with innovative solutions that drive better outcomes for both care providers and people who draw on care.
This year’s finalists, Reece from Elizabeth Court Rest Home and Mariana from Bendigo Nursing Home, both made exceptional contributions to the sector, impressing the judges with their visionary leadership and commitment to adopting cutting-edge technologies in care settings.
Reece implemented a digital social care records (DSCR) system, positioning the organisation as a pioneer in the region. Their leadership has set a high benchmark for innovation within adult social care, helping to improve care practices and streamline operations.
Mariana implemented digital solutions that have greatly enhanced care quality and operational efficiency – upgrading existing systems, future-proofing the infrastructure at minimal cost, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach to care delivery.
Both Reece and Mariana were awarded for their contributions and we congratulate them for their well-deserved recognition and are excited to see how their innovative work continues to inspire the future of care.
