Engagement Manager 

We are looking for someone to join our team as an Engagement Manager. You’ll play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of the Digital Care Hub and Better Security, Better Care programme, by providing key insight and support to our Local Support Organisations to enable them to engage with their local health and social care stakeholders, liaising with our partners and grantees and addressing all manner of different challenges. 

This role is a job share, alongside our existing Engagement Manager you’ll manage programme-critical functions and will take an entrepreneurial approach to improving our stakeholder engagement and management. You’ll report to the Programme Director.

Main terms and conditions 

£43,000 pro rata 

Fixed term contract until 30th September 2025 with potential to extend 

Part time 21 hours a week 

Remote working with some national travel 

28 days annual leave pro rata (plus bank holidays) 

You are eligible to work in the UK (we are unable to sponsor any international visas)
