This tool is designed to help managers of care services to have discussions with frontline staff and to check their knowledge and provide evidence of their competence in data security and protection.

It should be used in conjunction with the assessment quiz for frontline workers.

It can support the completion of Data Security and Protection Toolkit questions on training and competency of staff.
